Futurix Imager is an excellent free graphic viewer that also supports more than 30 formats, including GIF (animated GIFs included), JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG, MNG, JNG, WBMP (wireless bitmap), TIFF (multipage too), Targa, ICO, PhotoCD, Photoshop/PhotoDeluxe, Paint Shop Pro (6.x) and many more.
It supports scanners and digital cameras, making it very useful to see photos you've taken with a camera on the PC screen, really easily.
Also with Futurix Imager you can modify the images via filters, rotate them, resize them ... and other more artistic filters like greyscale, fisheye, colour inversion, etc.
